Prices and Terms of Service
In addition to quality and professional service we know cost is important as well.
Our basic package includes mowing with a commercial mulching mower, edging, trimming and blowing the clippings. Price is based on lot size One time lawn service can be more depending on the condition of the yard.
( Most Lawns Start At $49+tax Depending on Lot Size. small medium or large)

Excessive pickup of items in the yard add $25.00
For corner lots and cul-de-sac lots add $10.00
There will be at least two staff members at your location per visit. Crew members will be in a company uniform.
Leaf removal the cost will be 150 dollars for up to 4sized (thirty three) gallons bags
State law requires 9.27% sales tax on lawn service which will be added to the final bill.

Terms of Service
Our terms of service act as an agreement to keep the business relationship between you and ourselves as smooth as possible. We are a very understanding company and if you ever have any problems you can simply let us know. If you have any questions about our Terms of Service, please contact us and we will be glad to answer any questions you may have.
By setting a scheduling date with Ross Professional Services and Landscape you agree to abide by the below terms.
Schedule
We work from 7am until that days route is completed. In San Antonio, we typically schedule mowing on a biweekly basis. If your lawn needs weekly maintenance due to regular rain or watering then we will suggest going to a weekly schedule to avoid additional costs (see Overgrown Lawns section)
Payment
Payment can be same day, or use our payment service which you will be emailed a link to with your own customer section. Payment must be received within same days of service completion. First time customer** Payment must be left at location and or paid in advance OR Someone must be there to pay the crew. Checks are not accepted from first time customers. If payment is not received within that time frame we will stop service and contact you. After that time a $5 late payment fee will be added. If in the event lack of payment exceeds 30 days we will add a $30 collection fee and submit to a collection agency for collection. If there is a problem with payment please contact us so that we may resolve this for you. Once a late payment is received we will resume service however if the lawn has not been maintained you may be subject to additional fees (see Overgrown Lawn section).
Sales Tax
We are a legitimate company and the state of Texas requires us to collect sales tax of 9.27%.
Overgrown Lawns
If we arrive to mow a lawn and the grass is considerably overgrown due to lack of mowing, and/or the edges of the lawn are taking over the sidewalk/curb, we may apply a minimum additional fee of $20 to compensate for the extra labor it takes to get your lawn in shape and up to our standards.(Height of grass up to the calf maximum ) Add $20
This fee covers the extra work and time that it takes to define new edges, double mowing your property to get your lawn back in order, and cleaning up the large pieces of grass that result from such a cleanup.
Pets
We ask that you keep pets inside or kenneled on your day of service. We do not assume any responsibility for injury or loss to pets left outside while we work. If we arrive and a pet seems aggressive we will not be able to complete your yard that day/
Trash and Debris
Your lawn service does not include picking up excessive trash, toys garden equipment, water hoses, etc. We work on a tight schedule and the extra time it takes us to clean the yard will incur a $20.00 fee. This only applies to excessive situations.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
Please give us 24 hours’ notice of intent to stop service or to reschedule your set day. .
Lawn and or Property Liability
At any point in the Lawn service and or relationship as customer and or service provider our crew cannot be responsible for any damage .
The customer is responsible for removing any driveway lights water hoses rocks debris or anything that can be damaged or damaged items on or off the customers property. We take no liability of any damages done to the property or item or items No exceptions. (items meaning any and everything on and around and next to the customers property..)
Refund And Cancellation Policy
Our company policy is we DO NOT issue Any refunds on any electronic payments or cash payment under any circumstance. You will be issued a company credit that you can use to have your lawn cut within 7 days from the original booking. The credit will be issued for the address on file only.
Rain delay
Lawn Pro (LLC) cannot cut wet grass. in the event it rains the night before or the day of service Lawn Pro (LLC) will contact you the first time to notify you that your lawn cannot be cut. It is up to the customer to contact us within seven days to have your lawn cut when the conditions dry Lawn Pro( LLC) will not contact you every day to check on the status of your lawn you have to contact us and tell us what day you want us to perform your paid service.
*In most cases your service will be pushed to another day. the same week * If it rains more than one day we will have to reschedule you.
